When private beats public
Enterprise accounts often cannot post publicly, and beta programmes under NDA must not leak. A private board keeps the same voting and roadmap mechanics while restricting who can see it to a list you control.
Internal notes
Every post has an internal thread that customers never see. Use it for effort estimates, account context and the reason behind a decline, so the public reply can stay short and the reasoning is still recorded.
Mixing private and public
A post can be promoted from a private board to a public one once an embargo lifts. Votes carry over; internal notes do not.
