What you are billed for
The plan, and nothing else. Seats are unlimited and tracked users and voters are unlimited. Adding your whole support team or ten thousand new voters does not change the invoice.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated against the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at renewal so you keep what you paid for. Annual billing is discounted against monthly.
Invoices, VAT and receipts
Invoices are emailed to the billing contact and are downloadable from Settings, then Billing. Add a VAT or GST number and a purchase-order reference there and it appears on every future invoice.
