Seats are unlimited on every plan
Your bill is set by the plan you choose, not by how many people log in. That means there is no approval workflow to invent internally and no quarterly audit to remove dormant users to save money.
The four roles
Owner — one per workspace. Controls billing, the plan and workspace deletion.
Admin — everything except billing and deletion: boards, branding, integrations, roles.
Moderator — triage: change statuses, merge duplicates, edit and hide posts, reply officially.
Member — read internal notes, comment, vote and submit on behalf of a customer.
Inviting people
Bulk invite by pasting a list of email addresses, or turn on domain capture so anyone signing up with your company domain joins as a Member automatically.
- 1Open Settings, then Team.
- 2Paste addresses into Invite people and pick a default role.
- 3Optionally enable Auto-join for your verified email domain.
Contractors and agencies
Guest access scopes a person to one board. Use it for contractors, design partners or an agency running a launch, and revoke it from the same screen when the engagement ends.
